Supply List
Suggested material for the exterior: vinyl, canvas, cork, cotton woven (based on your machine's abilities). Appliqué shapes should be cut from non-fraying fabric.
Suggested material for the interior: cotton woven, waterproof canvas / waterproof cotton
Material
- Exterior - vinyl, cork, or canvas (1/2 yard)
- Lining - cotton woven (1/2 yard)
- Interfacing (depending on fabric chosen)
- Strap - 1” webbing (2 yards) or chain strap (length to preference)
- Binding - Foldover bias binding, approximately 40” needed
Hardware
- Zipper, #5 size, 11” length, 2 zipper pulls; 6” length, 1 zipper pull (optional; for internal zipper pocket)
- (2) 1" d-rings
- (2-6) 8mm double cap rivets
- For an adjustable strap: (2) 1" lobster clasps, (1) 1" strap adjuster slider rectangle
Optional Sewing Tools
- 1/8" or 1/4" double sided tape
- Hump jumper
- Zipper foot
Finished Dimensions
Approximately 5”h x 7”w with a 3.5” base
