Q: How do I download my PDF purchases?
You will receive an email with “your order is ready” in the subject line. That email will have the download link. If you don’t see it, please check your junk email as they sometimes end up there. You can also access the PDF download link for all digital purchases through your account page on my website (login required).

Q: Why can't I access my purchased pattern any longer? It's saying there are no downloads remaining.
The system defaults to a certain number of downloads allowed. If you reach your max number of downloads, just send me an email with your pattern file name/order that you need and I'll reset the downloads for you.
